 If you have a heart of compassion and enjoy taking care of people, a career as a Care Provider may be the right opportunity for you. We are looking for qualified, caring, dedicated individuals to add to our care provider registry. We recognize that the key to our success lies in the Quality of the Care Providers we refer! You are our greatest asset! It can be a difficult decision for a client to hire a care provider, and they trust us to help with the transition from total independence to recognizing their need for help. Whether the care will be full time or for a few hours a week, it is an important decision that we do not take lightly. That is where you come in!

An Answer to Care is a licensed Nurse Registry that refers Companion Homemakers that can assist clients with light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands, and companionship and Home Health Aides and Certified Nurses’ Assistants who offer personal care services such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and errands. We also refer licensed nurses who can perform skilled nursing care requested by a client’s physician in compliance with Florida State Laws, such as wound care and medication administration. 

We have 2 clients at An Answer to Care...The Patient, and the Care Provider. We are here to find you clients that you can develop long term working relationships with that meet your needs as well as the clients. There are many benefits you will experience in contracting with our Nurse Registry! As an Independent Contractor, you can work as much or as little as you want! You can select your desired days, shifts, assignments, and geographic area. We will look for cases that suit your needs, skills, experience and social style so you can work with clients that you feel comfortable with. Our coordinators continuously work hard to keep you busy so you can focus on your clients’ needs. They will advocate on your behalf to match you with the type of home care cases that you enjoy. And you can choose the home care opportunities that suit your needs, schedule and skills. We receive a wide range of client home care requests including short term post hospital care, long term live in cases, short visits and longer shifts, during the day, and overnight.
