What are the rates charged for Care Provider Services? Rates are determined by the level of care needed and by the rate the care provider that you choose requires. These rates will be discussed with you at the time of your FREE Consultation, or you can call our office for more information.
What Methods of Payment do you Accept? As a service to clients and care providers, we can direct debit your account on a weekly basis so you donít have to worry about dealing with invoices. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Services can be temporary or long term for as little or as much as you need, up to and including around the clock care.
How soon can services be started? We can get you a care provider within a few hours of your request; however, to find the best match, it may take a little longer. Our referral coordinators work immediately on every client service request looking for the most compatible care provider to meet your needs.
What if I am not satisfied with my care providerís services? That is why we are here, and we will continue to refer qualified care providers until you find the one that is just right for you!
